A Word About the Nationals From Our Partner, Louisville Slugger
There’s nothing quite like the Nationals in youth baseball. The event features teams from all over the country and world, each week from 6 different age groups, 9U-14U. Each team plays 6-10 games during the week long tournament. Schedules are carefully created from all submitted registrations to promote an even playing level with parity among participating teams. This is unique to the Nationals. We make every effort to create a tournament with true parity. Our objective is to promote an equal playing level within the field. At the very least, we aspire to match teams with equal historical success and classification in pool play games. We want to give every team a realistic opportunity to compete each and every time they take the field.
All-Stars Selected From Every Team!
Another unique feature to the Youth Baseball Nationals tournament is our exclusive Nationals All-Star game, sponsored by our partner, Louisville Slugger. On Championship Thursday, the selection committee, made up of the Nationals tournament directors, will select All-Star teams from each age group in a ceremony preceding the skills competitions and championships. Those selected will play later that evening, under the lights, in the Louisville Slugger Nationals All-Star Game, a memorable event with an electric atmosphere and our most attended games of the week. 28 players will be selected (14 Red, 14 Black) from each age group. At least one player is guaranteed to be selected from all participating teams. Those players will be announced in our All-Star ceremonies and presented with an All-Star medal and jersey they will wear for the All-Star game. The medal and jersey are theirs to keep as a memorable souvenir of their achievement at the Nationals!
